Pam Basco
Receptionist

Pam is fully involved in IIG’s day-to-day operations as an experienced Receptionist. Daily, she interacts with our customers, brokers, vendors, and companies. Prior to at IIG, Pam worked as an office assistant for many years while earning her BA in History and an MA in English. In her free time Pam enjoys watching NFL football and playing Fantasy football.

Andrew Callihoo
RV Sales Manager

Andrew possesses great sales skills and brings tremendous experience to the IIG sales force. Andy has been with IIG since 2003 and is a licensed P & C agent, devoting most of his time to selling RV insurance, and managing sales in the RV Division. Prior to joining IIG, Andrew spent many years in sales and marketing on a national level. In his free time, Andy enjoys reading and family.

Fernando Crissien
Bilingual Account Representative

Fernando brings many different skills to the table at IIG; as a licensed P&C and L&H agent he specializes in selling all of our Mexico Insurance products. Prior to being hired on at IIG, Fernando worked as a CSR with America West Airlines. He attended university at NAU and majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In his personal time he enjoys playing sports, snow boarding, scuba diving, and traveling.

Pedro Dominguez
Retail Sales Manager (Bilingual)

Pedro is the Retail Sales Manager for IIG, working with all products, in all divisions. Prior to joining IIG, Pedro worked for Progressive Insurance in Phoenix. There, he started as a licensed bilingual sales agent and worked his way up to achieving top 10 status in sales in 2006.  Pedro also has his MBA degree. In his spare time Pedro likes to travel (pursuing his goal of visiting all 50 states), spend time with his family, and watching the Raiders, D-backs and Suns.

Sheri Eckerdt
Service Manager

Sheri has worked in most of IIG’s divisions, working her way up to Agency Service Manager. She is an experienced, licensed agent, and is highly trained in many of our specialty markets, selling in all our lines of insurance. Prior to joining IIG, Sheri worked as an insurance professional in Colorado. In her personal time, she likes all sports (especially football and the Denver Broncos) and quality family time.

Brooke Fulton
Accounting Assistant

Brooke spends 100% of her time supporting our Accounting Division; her thorough, detail oriented nature is a perfect fit for the job. Prior to joining IIG, Brooke lived in San Francisco where she attended high school and worked at a running store. She currently attends NAU full-time. In her is spare time Brooke enjoys spending time with her sorority sisters, running and traveling.

Debra Gonzalez
Compliance Manager

Filling a brand new position at IIG, Debra was hired in mid-2007 as Compliance Manager.  Prior to working for IIG Debra was a business analyst in University, Manufacturing and Insurance environments. She also has previous experience in policy underwriting, business analysis in operations and web development for insurance companies.  Debra enjoys spending most of her free time with her three adult boys and their families as well as playing with my dogs, hiking, traveling and learning new things.

Kristine Gonzalez
Bilingual Account Representative

Kristine is cross-trained and has worked in many different areas at IIG. Currently she is a key Licensed Account Representative in our Cross-border Divisions. Prior to joining IIG she worked for many years as a Bilingual Paraprofessional. In her personal time, Kristine enjoys spending time with her daughter.

George Howington
IT Manager

George created the first interactive, online agency management application for Mexico Insurance all from scratch! He is well versed in all types of code, and has an extremely bright computer mind. Besides programming he oversees IIG’s IT Division. Prior to joining IIG, George spent many years working at Northern Arizona University where he also received his MBA. In his free time he enjoys hiking and the outdoors.

Erin Jiron
Account Representative

Erin currently acts as a licensed Account Representative, selling all our lines of insurance – particularly in our Specialty Lines division (Manufactured Homes, Watercraft, Motorcycles). She is also highly involved with our retail sales in our Cross border divisions. Prior to IIG, Erin worked at American Family Insurance, and prior to that she was an Optician. In her free time Erin enjoys taking her sons to the park, as well as watching movies.

Dustin Jones
Bilingual Account Representative

Dustin is a cross-trained Account Representative (licensed Agent) with IIG. He is highly fluent in Spanish and he spends a great deal of time with our Hispanic agents and clients. He recently graduated from NAU with a business degree in Finance, and a minor in Spanish.  He is currently pursuing his MBA.  Over the past few years Dustin has spent time overseas in Spain. In his personal time Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, and spending time with his family.

Ashley McKerracher
Accounting Manager

Ashley is very cross-functional but now spends all of her time in our Accounting division. Since mid-2004 Ashley has taken full responsibility for all accounting related tasks for our insurance companies, clients, and brokers. Prior to joining IIG, Ashley enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom, raising her son Tristan. In her personal time she likes to workout and to go running (½ marathons).

Derek “Diego” Kartchner
Specialty Lines Manager (Bilingual)

Derek started at IIG as an Intern. He soon developed into a licensed Agency Producer, and now is one of our Division Managers. He is proficient in all of our lines of insurance, and possesses great experience in the Cross border Insurance Markets. A few years ago, he graduated with a BA in Business and a minor in Spanish. Over the years, Derek has traveled extensively to Mexico and Latin America. In his personal time he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Alan Kohl
Management Consultant (Bilingual)

Alan is IIG’s management consultant for several aspects of Cross Border business, including professional motor sports. He has worked and lived in Mexico, Chile, and Puerto Rico performing Latin America Regional management responsibilities for AIG and ACE, Ltd. Alan’s core business is commercial cross border insurance. Alan is President of Proyecto Compasión, an IRS 501(c)3 which provides humanitarian assistance in Mexico’s northern state of Sonora proyectocompasion.com.

He and his wife, Esperanza, have close business and personal ties to Latin America. Alan hasn’t missed a Baja 1000 off road race since 1978.

Andrea & Jim Labelle
Vice President & President

Andrea and Jim Labelle founded IIG in 1999. Applying their extensive backgrounds in insurance (underwriting, sales, customer service and marketing). Andrea & Jim revolutionized distribution of cross border tourist insurance distribution. Together with their coworkers, in just over five years they have grown IIG to become the leading agency/MGA provider of Mexican Auto insurance. In their free time they both love to travel, play golf, ski, go hiking and spend time with their two sons.

Jack Mangels
IT Programmer

Jack is known by his peers as an IT genius. He spends 100% of his time programming and creating valuable innovations for IIG. He is highly versed in many types of code and is very astute in insurance, as well. Prior to joining IIG, Jack spent most of his time programming as a contractor. In his personal time, Jack is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Roxanna McDade
Web Designer

Roxanna does design for IIG; she specializes in Website design and creation. Prior to joining IIG, Roxanna was a rigger for Cable Cam (known for filming football from above the field). She also has produced several books, postcards, greeting cards, articles, and photographs. In her spare time she likes to rock climb (formerly a professional rock climber), travel, mountain bike, surf, and play with her dog Champ.

Rachael Rehorst
Customer Service Representative

Rachael is a cross-trained CSR with IIG; spending most of her time in domestic/specialty products.  Prior to joining the IIG team in 2007, Rachael worked as a health insurance manager for an optometry practice, and also worked in sales and small business consulting at NEBS.  When she is not working, Rachael loves spending time with her husband Jim and her dog Finster, as well as going for a spin on the motorcycle! 

Adriana Ruiz
Data Processor

A native of Flagstaff, Adriana is a Data Processor with IIG (works on supply orders, filing, and data entry).  Prior to working for IIG she spent time as a waitress. She has also traveled extensively to Mexico and other parts of the Southwest.  In her spare time Adriana enjoys hanging out with family and friends.

Alicia “TC” Tessone
Customer Service Representative

Alicia (aka TC) mainly focuses on servicing our RV customers as a CSR, however, she is highly cross-trained and could work in all of IIG’s business divisions. In her free time TC enjoys knitting and creating art on her own and with her friends. She is known as a very artistic person.

Nate Watson
General Manager (Bilingual)

Nate has been with IIG for a number of years - he started as a licensed Agency Producer and has since taken responsibility for the successful operation of the company as General/Operations Manager. Nate has an education in International Business and Spanish as well as an MBA; he also possesses the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. In his free time Nate loves spending time with his four boys and his wife. He also is an avid sport junky.

Floyd Woods
Texas Marketing Manager

Floyd has been in the Mexican Insurance business for many years. He actively recruits large and mid size accounts and is very well-known in the industry for his excellent sales ability. Prior to joining IIG in 2001, Floyd managed another Mexico auto program and spent time all over the US and Mexico. In his free time Floyd enjoys traveling and ocean fishing.
